A strange hand bursts out of a thicket of brambles and thorns. It's bony fingers swing down and dig themselves into the ground, and the arm bends, pulling forward an emaciated and exhausted traveler. Their red hoodie is torn, their long hair is gnarled and messy. Soon you realize this terrible figure is a young girl!
Trying to help the young girl out of the bushes, you break her arm. She is too fatigued to let out a proper cry. A single tear rolls down her hollowed cheeks as she pulls something from her hoodie pocket and hands it to you. A piece of paper, with lexxeck written on the back. You turn it over, only to see...
Egad!
A well-thought-out and detailed drawing is held before you. It seems to be a demon-dog-thing diving into a coral reef. The light is placed well and the shading is exceptional. It could be better of course, but to the average human eye it was like a Willy Wonka Factory to your corneas.
Without a second thought, you decide what must happen. This beautiful art must go to its intended owner. Suddenly, a post-it note falls from the sheet of paper. You pick it up, surprised you didn't see it before. You read the writing... or more so... the drawing... and see this:
